- Unfulfilled Service: If we are unable to provide the diagnostic service you requested (e.g., if we cancel your appointment or the service is unavailable for any reason), you may be eligible for a refund.
- Duplicate Payments: If a duplicate payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund for the extra charge once the payment discrepancy is confirmed.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are generally non-refundable:
- No-Shows or Cancellations: If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment or cancel without providing the required notice (as per our cancellation policy), a refund will not be provided.
- Completed Services: Once diagnostic services have been performed, including laboratory tests, and results have been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds for the completed service.
