Refund Policy

At Himalayan Lab of Pathology, we are committed to providing high-quality diagnostic services to our patients. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our services or if there is an issue with your order, we offer a clear and fair refund policy to address your concerns.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests are generally accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect or Faulty Results: If there is an error in the lab test results due to a mistake or malfunction in the testing process, we will investigate the matter and, if necessary, provide a refund or re-test at no additional cost.
  • Unfulfilled Service: If we are unable to provide the diagnostic service you requested (e.g., if we cancel your appointment or the service is unavailable for any reason), you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Duplicate Payments: If a duplicate payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund for the extra charge once the payment discrepancy is confirmed.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are generally non-refundable:

  • No-Shows or Cancellations: If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment or cancel without providing the required notice (as per our cancellation policy), a refund will not be provided.
  • Completed Services: Once diagnostic services have been performed, including laboratory tests, and results have been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds for the completed service.
  • Patient Error: Refunds are not available for errors made by the patient, such as incorrect submission of information or failure to follow pre-test instructions.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@himalayanpathlab.in.
  2. Provide your full name, contact information, order details, and the reason for your refund request.
  3. If the refund is due to incorrect results or service issues, we may ask for additional documentation to support your claim (e.g., medical records or test results).
  4. Refund requests should be made within 1 days from the date of service.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 1 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used, unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Refund Amount

  • If a refund is granted, the amount refunded will generally be the full cost of the service, excluding any applicable processing or transaction fees.
  • In cases where only part of the service was not provided or was incorrect, a partial refund may be issued based on the situation.
